feeder cart design philosophy is unique in the industry.
Our feeder storage carts are designed to meet these
requirements:
Tooling
must be designed to properly secure and support
the feeder, per the manufacturer's specifications.
No damage or calibration problems will occur
with AGI carts!
The
cart frame design shall consider the ergonomics
of the operator. Simply, the feeder shall be
easy to load and unload.
The
cart frame shall make the best use of space,
while completely enclosing the feeder and the
reel.
The
cart shall become an integral part of the SMT
process by adding value. We accomplish this by
matching the feeder tooling with the machine
configuration.The slots on the cart match the
machine.
