AGI has developed an Adjustable Wave Pallet that accommodates most PCB's and component overhang! Our Adjustable Pallet is capable of handling PCBs from .031" to .093" thick.We have also overcome the problem of overhanging connectors and components placed along the edge.

AGI has the answer, our pallet features Sliding Board hold downs, you can place them anywhere along the pallet edge. They can even be placed on top of connectors. The pocket design allows connectors to overhang the PCB up to 3/8". One piece frame construction eliminates, seams and racking in the corners. This is the best solution for your Wave Solder Line!

• Size #1 - Outer pallet dimensions 17.0”W x 20.0”L. Accommodates a PCB up to 12.75” wide and 16” long.
• Size #2 - Outer pallet dimensions 15.0”W x 20.0”L. Accommodates a PCB up to 10.75” wide and 16” long.
• Size #3 - Outer pallet dimensions 11.0”W x 16.0”L. Accommodates a PCB up to 6.75” wide and 12” long.
• Rails feature AGI's unique adjustable Board Hold- Downs. Sliding design allows the user to position the hold-downs anywhere along PCB edge.
• Includes (1) Adjustable rail with AGI’s sliding hold-downs. For varying PCB widths.
• PCB support edges are .062" wide. AGI’s step cut allows connectors to overhang the PCB edge up to 3/8”. Step cut depth is for .062” thick PCB.
• Board hold-downs will accommodate a .031-.093 thick PCB.
• Carrier machined with 30° beveling on all bottom side edges.
