The tooling design utilizes the Sayaka under board vacuum technology to isolate the router dust created while cutting. This ensures the dust will not deposit on the PCB.

Features and Benefits

• Manufactured from 1/2” thick CAST MIC6 6061 Aluminum Plate.
• For PCB's with tall components, we include a machined ESD safe component cover.
• Our design guidelines completely isolate bottom side components from the dust created while routing.
• Fixture includes pins and/or machined in bosses to reduce movement of PCB during the routing process.
• For small PCB’s we have a Removable Tray  feature which allows the operator to remove all PCB’s and scrap material at once.
