AGI has developed a better stainless steel wash basket that retains your PCBs and components during the wash process. We have incoporated an internal flexible stainless steel belt that applies just enough weight on the PCBs to restrict movement inside the wash basket.
Whether it’s standard tooling or custom design tooling you need, you can depend on AGI to develop a solution that works!

Features and Benefits
Two types of Wash Baskets to choose from:
• Stamped 0.375”x 0.375” squares in stainless steel with full length piano-hinged lid, or
• Perforated 0.188”x 0.188” circles in stainless steel with ladder belt lid with handle.
All Wash Baskets contain:
• Rugged welded stainless steel construction.
• Formed and welded corners.
Available Wash Basket accessories:
• Mesh lining to support smaller components on the bottom of your PCB.
• Top mounted ladder belt to hold boards in place.
• Dividers to accommodate smaller PCBs.
• Silicone Wash Mat in ESD and Non-ESD. |
