BGA Rework Mini Stencils

For Rework Stencils, we simply need the part information, Gerber data if available and is the PCB populated. Pricing typically ranges from $75 for a simple Rework Mini to $175 for a BGA Reball Mini set.

For Reball Stencils, we need the part information, Gerber data if available and the make/model of your fixture if you have one. AGI's stencil engineers can work with you to create a tool if you need one.

• Rework Minis: Cutting pads for a single part to rework directly on the PCB
• Prototype Minis: Cutting pads for whole PCBs onto a small foil sheet to handprint direct to PCB
• Part Print Minis: Cutting part pads onto a small foil sheet to print direct to the component
• BGA Reball Minis: Cutting BGA pads onto a small foil sheet in order to Reball BGAs.
