Hand Load Manual Unit Level Final Testers with Pogo Pin Interfaces
AGI began in Test by designing and machining mating connectors, typically from POM or GF Nylon and mounting these onto a G-10 block with Pogo Pins to be used Final Test Automation. We call these "Machined Snorkels". 20 years later, we have developed a myriad of automated final test solutions for our customers throughout the eastern half of the USA.

Final Test Inspection Solution Using Vision, Lasers, and Cobot
AGI has developed a unique Final Inspection Tester using a combination of Vision and Laser for Presence Absence and Screw Height checking with a Cobot for Precise positioning of the sensors over the large UUT. By using the Cobot, it's easier for the end user to make program changes to add new features to inspection and add new products as they come about. The station includes:
Rugged Workcell with Quick Change Tooling Nests
Universal Cobot outfitted with Color Camera and Laser
